Bailee is a Certified 200 HR Yoga Instructor, who completed her training with Practice Everywhere. She initially started her fitness journey three years ago after her third child was born. She fell in love with her routine, the results and how it made her feel! Her true passion is Power Yoga. Bailee believes building strength on your mat will prepare you for those hard moments off the mat. She has a desire to share that showing up for yourself is half the battle! The other half is giving yourself grace.

Who wants to get sweaty work out in just 30 minutes? Full Body Yoga HIIT Flow with Bailee combines yoga and interval training for a full body workout. We will start with a warm up flow, work through timed intervals in the middle of class, move to yoga flow and end the class with Savasana. This class is built to help you build your stamina in just 30 minutes and gives you the same intensity as a full one-hour vinyasa class. Bailee will give options that make this practice unique to your needs and level.
This pop up is $10 for drop ins or included with pass/punch card.
