Description

Start your weekend with Saturday Flow, a dynamic yoga class that offers something fresh and unique each week! With rotating instructors, the style and pace may vary, but every class is grounded in centering, intentional movement, and a Vinyasa-style flow designed to energize your body and mind. Each session concludes with a calming Savasana, leaving you refreshed and balanced.

A weekend yoga practice like Saturday Flow helps you reset from the week, recharge your energy, and cultivate mindfulness as you prepare for the days ahead. This class improves strength, flexibility, and focus while offering an opportunity to connect with yourself and your practice in a supportive and varied environment.

No matter who’s teaching, Saturday Flow is your weekly ritual for movement, mindfulness, and relaxation.
At One Soul, we believe yoga is for everybody and you do not have to be “bendy” or “stretchy” to practice. Our studio and instructors are from a trauma-informed lineage, which means we lead classes that nurture and challenge you in a safe and non-judgmental way. Variations of poses are given in each class to make our classes accessible regardless if you are new to yoga or more experienced. Our yoga studio is intentionally free of mirrors, encouraging you to focus on how your practice feels rather than how it appears. Your mat is your personal sanctuary, a space to connect with yourself and your journey.
