Description
Unwind and reset in the tranquil glow of Candlelight Immersion, a weekly class designed to soothe the body, mind, and spirit. Set in a serene candlelit atmosphere, this practice combines gentle somatic movement, deep stretches, and stress-relieving techniques such as self-holding, EFT tapping, and breathwork. You'll be guided into a state of calm and balance with meditation and conclude the experience with an extended sound bath Savasana featuring crystal bowls, gong, and chimes.
This immersive class offers numerous benefits, including reduced stress, improved nervous system regulation, enhanced emotional well-being, and deeper relaxation. The sound bath melts away tension, encourages rest and digest, and supports overall healing. Step into a peaceful sanctuary where you can nurture yourself, find balance, and leave feeling refreshed, restored, and renewed. Allow yourself to find peace, harmony and balance within. This class is appropriate for all levels.
At One Soul, we believe yoga is for everybody and you do not have to be “bendy” or “stretchy” to practice. Our studio and instructors are from a trauma-informed lineage, which means we lead classes that nurture and challenge you in a safe and non-judgmental way. Variations of poses are given in each class to make our classes accessible regardless if you are new to yoga or more experienced. Our yoga studio is intentionally free of mirrors, encouraging you to focus on how your practice feels rather than how it appears. Your mat is your personal sanctuary, a space to connect with yourself and your journey.
