Vanessa Haas is a 200-hour YTT certified yoga instructor and Usui Reiki Master offering gentle, intentional classes rooted in presence, accessibility, and self-compassion. A queer, mixed-heritage mother in an interracial family with a background in travel and service, Vanessa brings lived experience and grounded empathy into her teaching. She supports students in cultivating self-care and deeper body connection, regardless of background or history. Her spaces welcome all identities and experiences, honoring healing as a personal and empowered choice. Where energy and your body is free to move, shifts may happen, and there are no expectations of performance.

In a world that constantly pulls our attention outward, it can be easy to lose touch with our own inner wisdom, energy, and authentic self. Join Vanessa at One Soul Yoga for Return to Self, a four-week series designed to help you reconnect with the quiet strength that already exists within you.

Each one-hour session will explore what it means to sit fully in your own power, cultivate self-awareness, and develop a deeper relationship with yourself. Through guided meditation, gentle breathwork, mindful movement, and meaningful discussion, you'll be invited to slow down, listen inward, and create space for greater clarity, confidence, and presence.

This series is about remembering who you are beneath the noise, expectations, and distractions of everyday life. Whether you are seeking grounding, personal growth, emotional balance, or simply a deeper connection to yourself, this supportive and welcoming series offers a space to pause, reflect, and return home to your own energy.

No prior meditation or yoga experience is necessary. All are welcome.

Class is held on July 9, 13, 23 and 27th at 7:15 pm.
