Clarice is a 200-RYT who earned her certification in 2023 at One Soul Yoga. She has practiced
yoga since 1990 in various locations across the globe and has attended and taught yoga retreats in Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, and overseas in Greece, Costa Rica, Germany, Sweden, Austria, and Italy. Clarice is skilled in Hatha Yoga, familiar with Yin yoga, and restorative yoga. In addition, Clarice holds certification as a Master Herbalist and is interested in Holistic Health and wellness. Clarice feels that yoga and meditation have given her the framework for a healthy happy life, and she enjoys the practice and teachings of yoga. Clarice wants to offer the mobility and flexibility benefits of yoga to everyone. Aging with full mobility and flexibility is a personal goal of hers.

Step into one of the most potent new beginnings of the year at One Soul Yoga as we gather beneath the New Moon in Leo and a powerful Solar Eclipse. This special event is scheduled for Wednesday, August 12 at 8 pm with Clarice leading.
While every New Moon invites fresh intentions and new possibilities, a solar eclipse amplifies that energy, often bringing unexpected opportunities, profound insights, and transformative shifts that continue unfolding over the months ahead.
Leo, ruled by the sun, encourages us to reconnect with our authentic selves. It asks us to lead with courage, create from the heart, embrace joy, and shine our unique light without apology. This is a beautiful time to release old stories rooted in self-doubt and step more fully into the person you are becoming.
During this special ceremony, we'll explore the astrological energy of the day through thoughtful discussion, gentle movement, guided meditation and intention setting. We will create space to quiet the mind, listen to the wisdom within, and move towards the next chapter of our journey intentionally.
No previous yoga or meditation experience is needed. Come exactly as you are and a willingness to explore what this powerful lunar cycle may be inviting into your life.
Our moon ceremonies are held outside on our yoga deck (weather permitting) or indoors if it’s too hot or raining. All are welcome to attend.
