Description
Move with your breath in this dynamic and energizing yoga class. Active Vinyasa focuses on linking breath to movement, creating a flowing sequence of poses that strengthen the body, increase flexibility, and calm the mind. With continued movement from one pose to the next, this class builds heat, improves strength, balance, and enhances focus as you move with intention and rhythm.
Class will wind down with deep stretches and finish with a blissful Savasana to leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, and recharged. Whether you're looking to increase your energy and flexibility, find inner peace, or improve overall well-being, this class is the perfect way to connect mind, body, and breath.
At One Soul, we believe yoga is for everybody and you do not have to be “bendy” or “stretchy” to practice. Our studio and instructors are from a trauma-informed lineage, which means we lead classes that nurture and challenge you in a safe and non-judgmental way. Variations of poses are given in each class to make our classes accessible regardless if you are new to yoga or more experienced. Our yoga studio is intentionally free of mirrors, encouraging you to focus on how your practice feels rather than how it appears. Your mat is your personal sanctuary, a space to connect with yourself and your journey.

Align and relax your body and mind during a private tuning fork session with DeAnna. DeAnna has trained in the Biofield Tuning method and will use these techniques along with other intuitive techniques based on your needs.
Non-weighted tuning forks are used around the body to connect and support the body’s natural frequencies and help bring imbalances back in order. The vibrations of the forks carry deeply into the body and along energy pathways which are known to affect us mentally and physically. A tuning fork session is holistic in nature and may help address energetic imbalances, relax and de-stress the body, boost the immune system and stimulate mental and physical well-being.
Specially calibrated non-weighted forks and other sound instruments (such as singing bowls) are used around and near the body to help release stress and tension, blockages and restore balance to the body emotionally and physically.
The benefits may include:
• Balance and alignment: By using specific frequencies sound therapy can help balance and align the energy, creating optimal flow of energy throughout the body.
• Stress reduction: The soothing vibrations produced by the tuning forks may induce a deep state of relaxation, helping to reduce stress, tension, and anxiety.
• Emotional well-being: Sound therapy is believed to have a profound effect on the emotions, helping to release suppressed feelings, trauma, and emotional blockages.
• Physical well-being: Sessions may support physical healing by promoting relaxation, reducing inflammation, and stimulating the body’s natural healing processes.
• Inner growth: Sound therapy is often used as a tool for spiritual growth and self-discovery, helping individuals connect with their inner selves and higher consciousness.
Tuning fork sessions are not recommended for those that are pregnant, those with recent concussions, those with pacemakers/electrical medical implants or those on palliative care.
These sessions are holistic in nature and are not intended to diagnose or treat any medical conditions. If you have questions about your health, contact your health care provider.
Every person has a unique experience with tuning fork sessions. Many find results after one session but most find more benefit from 3-5 sessions scheduled a few weeks apart. Please dress comfortably. Each session last between 45 minutes to one hour. After booking, you will receive an email with some information about your session and a waiver and questionnaire if this is your first session. Or you may fill out the linked waiver below.
No refunds or reschedules for no-shows.

No matter who’s teaching, Saturday Flow is your weekly ritual for movement, mindfulness, and relaxation.
A weekend yoga practice like Saturday Flow helps you reset from the week, recharge your energy, and cultivate mindfulness as you prepare for the days ahead. This class improves strength, flexibility, and focus while offering an opportunity to connect with yourself and your practice in a supportive and varied environment.
