2/14 - Join me for meditation as we experience a handheld or paper labyrinth walk to the center of our being. This is where our wisdom lies.
If you would rather quietly meditate, you can do that as well. It's your choice.

This 30-minute class varies each week as we explore different paths to meditation. This helps you to learn what techniques work best for you. You will learn to relieve stress and anxiety with mindfulness, guided visualizations, heart and chakra based practices, breathwork, relaxation, and guided rest (aka yoga nidra).
