The Tuesday evening session is what I call a "Quiet Vipassana Meditation." This means that it is lightly guided with brief instructions at the beginning after an inspiration is read. Most of the class is held in silence.
Vipassana or “Insight” Meditation practice emphasizes mindful attention to the breath, physical sensations, thoughts, and even emotions, to develop a loving awareness of one’s life experience.
