Mindful Mondays is a gentle, mindfulness series offering a focused exploration of a monthly theme through steady, nervous-system–aware practice.
March’s theme, Steadiness in Uncertain Times, invites you to build calm strength in the midst of change. When the world feels unpredictable, noisy, or heavy, it’s easy to become reactive or overwhelmed. This series explores how to stay grounded without shutting down, and how to remain compassionate without collapsing.
Each Monday at 8:30 AM CT, we gather for a 30-minute live mindfulness practice that includes a brief arrival, guided meditation, and gentle closing reflection. Practices are trauma-sensitive and choice-based, with occasional short teachings offered in a supportive, invitational way.
All sessions include replays, so you’re welcome to practice at your own pace if you can’t join live or would like to revisit a meditation. There’s no expectation to attend every week perfectly — you’re invited to return whenever it feels supportive.
This series is ideal for anyone who wants mindfulness to feel accessible, grounding, and doable — especially during times of stress, emotional intensity, or uncertainty. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or returning to practice, you’re welcome here.
