Description
This week is Mindful Creativity for our Peaceful Mind Circle
Sarah will be leading Zen Circles for our next Mindful Creativity!
Zen Circles or enso. In Zen practice, these simple brush-painted circles are created in one continuous stroke and are a way to express presence, wholeness, and the beauty of imperfection. The practice is less about art and more about mindfulness—each circle reflects the state of mind in the very moment it is drawn.
No special artistic skill is needed, just an open heart and curiosity. 🌿
AFTER THE SESSION - If anyone wants to stay or join in for the Crane "Fold-in" they are welcome to do so.
We meet weekly, and each week will have a different focus:
Meetings are on Zoom at 12:00 pm Central Time for about one hour.
🫖 Mindful Conversation – A week for heartful chatting, authentic connection and support.
🎨 Mindful Creativity – Guided creative sessions as meditative expression.
📘 Mindful Studies – Starting first with returning to our book “Real Change” by Sharan Salzberg
🌾 Mindful Practices – Guided meditation, journaling, or related practices.
✨ 5th Week (if applicable) – Possibly a mini-retreat or special event.
👉 You’re welcome to attend the weeks that resonate most with you — there’s no pressure to attend every week.
