Ayurvedic Information Session with Stephanie from Sacred Rose Ayurveda here in Madison.
Ayurveda is an ancient form of healing originating in India. The goal of Ayurveda is to keep the body and mind in an optimal state of health.

🌾 Mindful Practices – Guided meditation, journaling, or related practices.
We meet weekly, and each week will have a different focus:
Meetings are on Zoom at 12:00 pm Central Time for about one hour.
🫖 Mindful Conversation – A week for heartful chatting, authentic connection and support.
🎨 Mindful Creativity – Guided creative sessions as meditative expression.
📘 Mindful Studies – Starting first with returning to our book “Real Change” by Sharan Salzberg
🌾 Mindful Practices – Guided meditation, journaling, or related practices.
✨ 5th Week (if applicable) – Possibly a mini-retreat or special event.
