A weekly meditation practice for calm and nervous-system care

Essential Self-Care Sundays is a gentle, 3-month meditation practice designed to support calm, clarity, and nervous-system regulation while helping you build a consistent meditation practice that feels realistic and sustainable.

This is not a course to complete or a program to keep up with. It’s a simple, steady space to pause, breathe, and care for your inner world — together.

Each Sunday we gather for a 30-minute live meditation practice that includes a brief arrival, guided meditation, and gentle closing reflection. Short teachings or reflections may be offered as they naturally arise, always in a supportive and invitational way.

This series is ideal for anyone who wants meditation to feel accessible, grounding, and doable — especially if consistency has felt challenging in the past. You’re welcome to join live or practice with the recording in your own time.
