Holding Space: Sitting Together in Uncertain Times

This week’s gathering is a special extended session of our Tuesday Community Meditation.
In times of uncertainty, one of the most meaningful things we can offer is presence.
This 30-minute practice is a space to come together…
to sit in quiet awareness…
and to gently hold space for ourselves and for others who may be experiencing difficulty.
We’ll begin with a guided settling and meditation, followed by a brief optional opportunity to share or simply listen within the community.
This is not about fixing anything…
but about being present… together.
All are welcome. Come as you are.

Join us for a gentle 15-minute community meditation each Tuesday evening. This is a simple space to pause, breathe, and reconnect in the middle of the week.
The class session is held with Peaceful Wellness Meditation Training Teacher Graduates, Training Students or Myself.
These sessions are short, welcoming, and open to everyone. You’re invited to come as you are, settle in, and share a few moments of practice together.
No experience is needed. Just arrive and breathe.
