This unique class blends the strength and precision of Pilates with the deep release and stillness of Yin Yoga all practiced in the healing warmth of infrared heat. The first part of the class focuses on sculpting and strengthening your core, posture, and muscles through controlled Pilates movements. In the second part, you slow down into Yin postures, holding stretches longer to release tension, improve flexibility, and restore balance. The heat enhances both the strengthening and the softening, leaving you feeling powerful, open, and deeply renewed.
