Join Jo Fellows online and treat yourself to an hour of kindness - self-love, self-care and compassion. This gentle, nourishing, mindful Hatha Yoga practice will help you to cultivate ease and balance in your body and mind. We’ll start with a soft breathing practice to balance your nervous system, followed by stretches to help build stability and release tension. Finally we’ll finish with a luxurious relaxation. Suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.
