Description
A slow moving flow yoga with lots of guidance and instruction allowing time to get into and feel the poses improving mind, body and breath connection. During this 6 weeks we will concentrate on core and back strength and flexibility. Helpful for those who participate in sports, work at a desk, spend a lot of time on a device or PC, do manual labour or spend much of the day sitting. In short, everyone can benefit from a stronger core and back. This class is suitable for beginners, those wanting to refreshers their yoga knowledge or those who already practice yoga.
