We’re opening up opportunities for people who would love to exchange a little time and talent for access to classes and experiences at Renewal.

We’ll be talking with people interested in helping with things like studio care, event support, welcoming guests, light administrative help, content and community outreach, and other ways of contributing as we grow.

Not sure what you could offer? Come talk to us. We’re much more interested in finding the right people and the right fit than checking boxes.

Join us for Ecstatic Dance at Renewal Studios on Saturday, September 5th at 5:00.
Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement experience where there are no steps to learn and no way to do it wrong. Using music as a guide, participants are invited to move in whatever way feels natural and authentic, creating space for self-expression, creativity, stress relief, and fun. Whether you dance energetically, move gently, or simply take in the experience, you are welcome exactly as you are. Our space is conversation-free on the dance floor and designed to support freedom of movement, personal expression, and a sense of community. No dance experience is necessary—just come as you are and enjoy the journey.
A few simple guidelines help us set a safe space for ecstatic dance:
* Focus on inner awareness of your own self and body
* Leave phones/cameras and conversation off the dance floor
* Please avoid wearing non-natural scents
* Bare feet (unless shoes are needed for medical reasons)
