An Ashtanga Mysore-style class with one-to-one guidance and adjustment (if desired). Come anytime within the 2-hour window to finish your practice by 11 am. All levels, including beginners, are welcome. If the class is booked out, please do add your name to the waitlist because cancellations happen and if enough people are on the waitlist, I will start the class earlier and divide the group into two start times.
