Description

This 60-minute class is designed to open the body and calm the mind. A short Sun Salutation sequence opens the class to wake up the energetic body and prepare us for the Pranayama and Meditation sequence that follows. A deeply relaxing guided Shavasana closes the class. All levels are welcome.
