Description

This eight week series covers Dharma Yoga fundamentals, including Asana, guided Shavasana relaxation, mantra chanting, and simple alternate-nostril breathing (Pranayama). The first four weeks start with Dharma II advanced beginner/intermediate practice. This is ideal for those new to yoga or with prior experience. The next four weeks we transition into the Dharma III intermediate/advanced practice, deepening the experience.
