Description

Class sequence will be 60 minutes long with a dynamic, but graceful yoga flow that is carefully adapted to suit the needs of the practitioners. It will cover yoga fundamentals, including guided deep relaxation and simple alternate nostril breathing. This class is designed for all levels and backgrounds and will help you gain strength, flexibility, and mental clarity.
