Description

Pranayama & Dhyana:
Step into a journey of breath and stillness, a sequence lovingly crafted by Sri Dharma Mitra to harmonize body, mind, and spirit. We open with OM and the Jai Ganesha mantra, inviting focus and devotion. The practice begins with gentle preparatory breaths, followed by purifying breaths that refresh the lungs, clearing space for vitality and ease. Ujjayi, the victorious breath, then steadies the body and mind, bringing energy and calm together.
We move through one or two techniques to support specific conditions, guiding you toward the heart of the practice: the main pranayamas. Each breath carries you deeper, preparing the mind for meditation and opening the body to stillness. The session concludes in a guided savasana, a surrender into deep relaxation, and closes with the unifying resonance of OM.
This is a practice of balance, discipline softened by gentleness, structure met with surrender, an invitation to breathe fully, be present, and awaken clarity from within.
