My teaching is rooted in traditional yoga and guided by a heart-centered approach. In each class, we move mindfully, connect with the breath, and create space for self-discovery and inner peace.

Description

Beginning class in Yin. Yogis will need blocks for modifications.
Holding postures for several minutes, allowing the body to open and get deep into muscle fibers. There might be sensations of dull ache or gentle discomfort.
Transitioning into Restorative portion. During this portion Yogis will need 2 large bedroom pillows and 3 blankets.
Restorative yoga we hold our postures, allowing the body to be completely relaxed without any physical effort. There should be no pain or discomfort.
