Description
This one-hour class gently guides you from mindful movement into deep rest. We begin with flowing postures to warm the body, release tension, and connect breath with movement. As the pace slows, the practice shifts into longer, supportive shapes to calm the nervous system.
The class finishes with a guided meditation and extended relaxation time, allowing time to fully integrate the practice and settle into stillness.
All levels are welcome. Come as you are and leave feeling calm, centered, and restored.
