Morning Flow

Rosieglo Yoga Studio
Description
Start your day feeling energised, open and ready to move.
Morning Flow takes things up a gentle notch, with a little more continuous movement and flow to build warmth, mobility and strength through the whole body.
We’ll take time to warm up before moving into flowing standing sequences, linking movement with breath and giving you the opportunity to explore a slightly more dynamic practice, without rushing or making things overly complicated.
We’ll slow things down towards the end with deeper stretches before finishing with a well-earned relaxation.
A great choice if you enjoy Morning Yoga but fancy a little more movement and flow. Suitable for anyone comfortable with a general yoga class, with options offered along the way.
