Learn how to understand the messages your 'Lady Landscape' is sending you via your symptoms of dis-ease.

The workshop starts with a 60 minute yoga class with Rosie to bring balance and nurture the mind and body.

We will then be guided through the workshop with Health & Nutrition Coach, Karen Maidment.  A specialist in her field and all round lovely lady.
