This restorative and relaxing yoga class is suitable for all levels and beginners.
It cannot be booked with the free trial option.
MATS: I can provide a few mats that can't be enough if you have one please bring yours. I suggest bringing a blanket and a pillow as optional cosiness.
Class duration 1h. Add an extra 30/40 minutes if you want to stay for complimentary tea and networking
