Slow Flow (All Levels)
This all-levels slow flow vinyasa class welcomes every body and every experience level. We move at a steady, accessible pace, linking breath with mindful movement to create ease, strength, and presence. Classes may include therapeutic elements such as pranayama (breathwork) and gentle somatic awareness, and close with restful practices like yoga nidra to support relaxation and nervous system balance.
