I chose to become a Yoga instructor to assist others in finding more loving ways to help themselves deal with the (at times) harsh world we live in. I do this with many styles & modalities.
Restorative Yoga is a wonderful practice to restore the mind and relax the body. The class consists of 5 poses. All poses are done on the floor with pillows, blankets, blocks, or bolsters. (Items around the house can be used)
Enjoy a calming class taught by an experienced instructor.

No experience needed. This is a non-active yoga style, creating a more calming and relaxed practice.
Allow the mind and body to ease into comfort.
