Description
Slow down, breathe deeply, and create space in your body and mind. This gentle, grounding class combines mindful movement with longer-held stretches to release tension, improve mobility, and leave you feeling refreshed and restored.
Expect a slower-paced flow, intentional breathwork, and plenty of time to settle into each stretch. All levels are welcome. Come as you are and leave feeling more open, relaxed, and connected.
