I love learning how we operate, energy is my first language, i enjoy astrology, philosophy, travel, and spiritual development. A bit whimsical and free yet deeply loyal and I value stability. Authenticity is important to me and I’m on a quest for truth and meaning beyond the physical.

Each class I teach is alignment based and infused with instructions in traditional and modern styles. Each client gains knowledge of themselves while nourishing their own personal self expression.
Expanding consciousness while safely guiding each individual to gain the needed wisdom to know how to heal themselves, alleviate pain, eat more mindfully, cultivate body appreciation, kindness & compassion, clear stuck energy, release what doesn’t belong to you and create energetic shifts so you connect with your most divine, radiant self.

Through my own self exploration and a regular practice of meditation, I've beat the statics. A lifetime of suffering from traumas, stress, anxiety and C-PTSD behind me. Yoga Nidra has changed my life and it's one of my most treasured practices to share.
