Them: what do you do the a living? Me: Raising the vibration of humanity. I love learning how we operate, energy is my first language, i enjoy astrology, philosophy, travel, and spiritual development. A bit whimsical and free yet deeply loyal and I value stability. Authenticity is important to me and I’m on a quest for truth and meaning beyond the physical. I’m honored to be able to hold space and witness someone making the commitment to deepen their understanding of self and life. By understanding the fluctuations of the mind we gain peace and clarity. “Say hello to you” My goal is to help you in creating a new relationship with your physical, energy & emotional body. It is through this awareness, we have the power to heal ourselves. Each class I teach is alignment based and infused with instructions in traditional and modern styles. Each client gains knowledge of themselves while nourishing their own personal self expression. Expanding consciousness while safely guiding each individual to gain the needed wisdom to know how to heal themselves, alleviate pain, eat more mindfully, cultivate body appreciation, kindness & compassion, clear stuck energy, release what doesn’t belong to you and create energetic shifts so you connect with your most divine, radiant self. Description

Yoga has the potential to influence pretty much every physiological process in the body—from muscle contraction to breathing, digestion, blood flow, and circulation. Yoga can even influence the function of the lymphatic system, which, while perhaps one of the least known and appreciated systems of the body, is also our first line of defense against disease. Lymph transports a range of antibodies and specialized white blood cells designed to fight disease, flowing through nodes that filter out bacteria, foreign matter, and dead tissue.

Healthy lymph flow is a key component of a strong immune system, and fortunately yoga asana can help that flow. Unlike the circulatory system, which is driven by the pump of the heart, the lymphatic system depends on gravity as well as on tissues contracting to squeeze fluid through its vessels. This makes yoga poses the perfect tools to boost overall health.
