Description
Join me every Sunday at 7:00 AM for a 60-minute Kundalini Flow Yogā Āsana class.
Experience a transformative online journey designed to stir your dormant energy and align your physical and spiritual selves. This Kundalini Flow Yogā Āsana class is more than just a sequence of postures; it is a rhythmic dance of breath, movement, and awareness.
In this session, we focus on the awakening of Kuṇḍalinī Śakti - the primordial energy located at the base of the spine. Through a dynamic "flow" of Āsana (postures) and purposeful Prāṇāyāma (breathwork), we will clear the pathways of the Nāḍī (energy channels) to allow for a heightened state of consciousness and vitality.
What to Expect:
◇ Kriyā & Āsana: Purifying movements to strengthen the nervous system.
◇ Prāṇāyāma: Powerful breathing techniques to channel your Prāṇa.
◇ Mudrā & Bandha: Sacred gestures and energy locks to seal the practice.
◇ Dhyāna: A meditative finish to integrate the shifted energy.
🧘♀️ What you’ll need:
• A yoga mat
• Comfortable clothes
• A quiet space
• Optional: cushion or blocks for support
📍 Where: Google Meet
🕘 When: Every Sunday at 7:00 am (CEST)
Let’s flow together — body, mind, and breath. 💛
