Description

This Yin Yoga session will target our deeper connective tissues - fascia networks, joints, and ligaments. This is a passive practice that encourages mindful movement and deep breathing - connecting the mind and body while calming the nervous system. The sequence will include relaxed + grounded poses, each held for 2-8 minutes at a time.
