As Mums ourselves we know how challenging it can be to get a few minutes to yourself in a day, let alone fit in a workout!

This class is focused on post-natal suitable Pilates for new mums. Bring along your baby and do some Pilates, you will feel good after I promise!

You're welcome to bring your pram, bouncer, play mat - anything that might make your baby more comfortable.

Pilates is a great form of post-natal exercise for recovering and regaining strength, please just ensure you have had the all clear by your GP to return to exercise, please chat with Abbie if unsure.
