Karlijn started yoga 12 years ago and teaches yin, gentle flow and vinyasa at Be.you.tiful by Sevi Studio. Her yoga is accessible to beginners as well as yogi's with experiences. The classes help you to get into your body, be playful, and get healthy all at the same time. Karlijn works with clear cues to help you get into poses in a safe and aligned way, making it accessible also to older people and people that have just started yoga.
Description
Vinyasa is a dynamic yoga style that synchronises breath and movement. This brings together awareness, alignment, strength, and flexibility. The sequencing starts with a warm up to prepare your body for movement, then includes poses like sun salutations, standing poses, arm balances, seated and floor poses. The temperature is around 25 degrees. This keeps your body warm and your muscles relaxed.
This is a 45 minute practice, perfect before your work day starts.
