Karlijn started yoga 12 years ago and teaches yin, gentle flow and vinyasa at Be.you.tiful by Sevi Studio. Her yoga is accessible to beginners as well as yogi's with experiences. The classes help you to get into your body, be playful, and get healthy all at the same time. Karlijn works with clear cues to help you get into poses in a safe and aligned way, making it accessible also to older people and people that have just started yoga.

Description

The perfect class for beginners, 50+ and for anyone who wants to calm their body down while moving at the same time. This class is a dynamic but gentle and slow movement practice. It will help you to reconnect with your body and provides time to get into the poses with help of the teacher. There is guidance in breathing techniques to help you not only connect with your body, but also with your inner peace. The sequence includes a lot of floor and seated postures, as well as some easy sun salutations, and standing poses.

The temperature is around 25 degrees, warming up the body while relaxing the muscles.
