A 90 minute class promoting overall wellbeing of mind and body, includes meditation and breathwork. You will be guided through a series of poses as you connect to your breath. This is an open class, beginners are welcome as are more advanced practitioners as options will be offered in the poses so each can find their own level.

Yin Yoga is a deeply relaxing class that works on the connective tissues and joints of the shoulders, hips, pelvis, and lower spine. Poses are generally held for 2 to 5 minutes to allow the muscles and tissues to slowly let go and release built-up tension. The class will finish with a 20 to 30 minute guided meditation.
