You've made it through Monday, so treat yourself with some yoga from your living room/garden/home office! I am online every Monday at 7pm with Hatha yoga.
Hatha is a style of yoga where we focus on our breath, posture and alignment. This means we don't move quite as fast as some styles of yoga, but you have time to find the pose in your body and breathe deeply, which builds physical and mental strength and flexibility.
I am passionate about students honouring their bodies and doing what feels right, so if you need lots of cushions or rests between poses, you do you! I offer different versions of poses or 'stopping off points' so that you can take the pose as far as feels good.
