A weekly class to allow you space to grow your meditation practice. We explore different ways to meditate each week, with a mixture of breath focused, Yoga Nidra (a guided meditation where you get into a sleep-like state) and other guided visualisation and mantras.
You needn't have meditated before, but this class is also lovely if you have. Using MS Teams means you can take your class (almost) anywhere. You just need somewhere to sit or lie down. It's up to you if you want your camera and sound on or off. This is YOUR time! Hope to see you there.
