Join me for a monthly wind down! A perfect antidote to a busy week; an hour of Friday night Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

~Yin Yoga involves staying low to the ground and holding poses for up to 5 minutes at a time, using lots of cushions and blankets to prop yourself up. It is deeply relaxing and can increase flexibility.

~Yoga Nidra (or yogic sleep) is a form of guided meditation aimed at finding a state between waking and sleep. We remain conscious and are guided through visualisations and relaxation techniques whilst in a deep meditative state.

From this class, expect deep stretching and slow movement combined with deep, guided breathing techniques followed by 10-15 minutes of guided Yoga Nidra.
