Join me for a lovely Friday evening treat. We will begin with some breath work and hand mudras, followed by slow moving long holding yoga poses to deeply stretch and relax. We finish up with a guided meditation (Yoga Nidra) to find the magical space between wake and sleep. Wear extra comfy clothes, light some candles and I will see you on the mat!
