Start the week wonderfully; deep breathing, strengthening, increasing flexibility and finding some peace.

Hatha is a style of yoga where we hold poses for a few breaths to fully experience the pose and build strength. This class is suitable for many bodies; I give different options for many of the poses and you are welcome to use any props that you have at home such as blocks or straps. Equally, you don't need anything to practice if you haven't got any props.
