Description

Join me from wherever you wish to practice. This one hour class begins with pranayama (breathwork) and eases into asana (yoga postures) with a focus on the breath and the alignment of the body in the pose in order to build strength and flexibility. I aim to provide different options for different bodies so that you can move in a way that feels good.

You are welcome to practice with or without your webcam on. Please arrive 5 minutes early so I can ensure all students are admitted to the class on time. Don't forget to book on to next week if you are returning!
