Description
We will start with a half hour yoga flow to get the body warm and find our smooth, deep breaths. Next, a half hour restorative yin practice to calm and soothe the soul. Finally, a guided meditation to leave you feeling grounded, dreamy and relaxed. After the year we have had, let's go towards Christmas with gratitude, self care and good vibes.
