Join me for some socially distanced yoga IN PERSON! Classes limited strictly to 5 students, so ensure the 'rule of 6' is kept. Please bring your own yoga mat and some warm layers in case it is chilly. As this class is limited in numbers, please let me know if you can't make it so I can offer the space to someone else. I can't wait to practice with you in person! There is ample free parking and a loo should you need it.
