Description

This weekly class provides space for you to begin or continue your meditation practice. Each week, different techniques and themes for meditation are explored so that you can find an approach that works for you. Whether you are new to meditation or have a regular practice already, you are most welcome. Grab something to sit on (cushion/ chair/ floor space) and let's meditate. Class is done via Microsoft Teams (a bit like Zoom). Please remember to book on to each individual class if you are using a Class Pass.
