Description

This weekly class is great for all levels- whether you are new to yoga or have practiced before. Different options are provided to suit varying levels of flexibility and strength. In Hatha Yoga we move through yoga poses with lots of focus on the breath and alignment, to ensure that we practice yoga safely and get the most out of each pose. Wear something you can move in comfortably (bare feet is easiest, too), roll out your mat (or a towel!) and grab a cushion for extra padding whilst seated. See you there!
