Description

An intimate class suitable for everyone, whether you have meditated before or not. We learn different meditation techniques each week to enable you to find a practice that suits you. Some form of guided meditation is taught every session and inspirational poetry and philosophical ideas and teachings discussed. All you need is somewhere to sit or lie down and it is up to you whether you wish to speak or have your camera on or not. I look forward to practicing with you. Class is done via Microsoft Teams.
