If you don't have a mat, you are welcome to borrow one of mine. Straps and blocks are provided.

We practice yoga in bare feet (some people prefer to wear socks). Wear something you can move in and I will see you on the mat!

Join me for a lovely Friday evening treat. We will begin with some breath work and hand mudras, followed by slow moving long holding yoga poses to deeply stretch and relax. We finish up with a guided meditation (Yoga Nidra) to find the magical space between wake and sleep. Wear extra comfy clothes, light some candles and I will see you on the mat!
